We have stayed here several times while visiting Las Vegas. It is a very good park with nice level sites and even a little grass in this desert destination. The park is secure and a short walk to the casino which provides a variety of services and entertainment. They do not provide picnic tables and if you need room I suggest you pay the premium and use the pull through sites. There is a shuttle to the Strip and the Fremont Experience.

A very nice campground along Lee Creek. It is well shaded and the sites are side by side in many cases. The hookups are up-to-date and in good shape. The family that runs the park is very nice and helpful. We paid the Good Sam discount rate and would stay here again as it is close to I-40 but very quiet.

We've stayed here several times and find it a reasonably priced park (weekly rates available) and convenient for doing the Albuquerque area. This would probably not be a great park for families as there are no playgrounds, pools, etc. and most campers appear to be adults, many of them working in the area. Nice laundry facilities and dog walking areas. Sites are level with excellent utilities.

A nice place to stay in Amarillo just east of city center. The hookups are excellent and the sites are very large and open. There are few trees and therefore shade is not available for those visiting during the warmer months. Certainly a good overnight spot. We paid the Passport America 1 day rate.

This is a membership campground in an urban setting and we have stayed here several times over the years. It is an older park and therefore the sites are smaller than most parks, but it is well maintained, very clean, and a great spot from which to enjoy this major American city. If you are expecting wilderness style camping this is not your spot. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Stayed here as a member of Passport America otherwise it is very expensive. This is a very nice park with excellent cement pads and utilities. The roads are gravel but OK. The lodge and laundry are excellent and the employees friendly. We had a river view site and it was great. Great park for kicking back or doing the tourist thing.

Cement pads surrounded by grass. No shade but the sites are level and well kept. Short walk to the Casino and we found the staff friendlier here than at the Hollywood which is across the road. Pet friendly and well maintained facility with roaming security visible at all times. We've stay here before and will return. They do take the Good Sam discount and the nightly rate was $15.40.

This is not a state CG, but a private CG just off the Trace between milepost 251-252. It is only 1/4 mile from the Trace. Very quiet here and the sites are level, clean and surrounded by grass. The pool is clean and the pond very picturesque. A great place to overnight or stay a few days to see the Trace or take in Tupelo. I think that some of the previous reviews have confused this CG with a State Park on the Trace.

Excellent park with 5 large fishing ponds for those so inclined. The site we had at the north end, had cement pads surrounded by grass with a large pond at our rear. The park is very clean and manicured with nice facilities for all activities. Would be a great place for not only the fisherman but the family. My only complaint would be that there are no picnic tables at the site and the garbage can be quite a trek for many, depending where you are parked. I will return to this CG.

This county park is right on the Mississippi River about 6 miles south of Greenville city center. The roads are paved but there are a few potholes. Lots of shade, playgrounds for children and wonderful views of the river. Good place to walk and pets are welcome. Cell phone usage is marginal but possible. Rates are $12 for those over 50, $13 for E/W and $15 for FHUs. There is a dump station. Check out time is 1:00 pm.

This is the 2nd time we've stayed here. It is a nice, clean CG with lots of shade trees which help in the August heat. The site was very level with good hook-ups and 50 amp power. Yes, it is gravel but I didn't find that a problem. Good location for doing Wichita. The owners were pleasant folks and yes, they do run your card when you make reservations. Reasonably full so call ahead.

Once you get settled it is a beautiful park with large sites surrounded by pine trees. Each site has a table and fire pit. The roads are a bit bumpy and depending on where they put you, the job of leveling can be difficult. We stayed on Passport America so we got a site further out even though there were several very level sites available at the front of the park. Of course, the price was pretty good for this area. The park is 5 minutes to all of the activities.

It is a nice, clean park and relatively close to the hot spots. It is probably the most reasonable park in the area. The laundry is available 24 hours and is nice. The sites are clean, good hook-ups and each one has a wooden patio.

This a a nice park, lots of grass, very level sites, some shade trees and an area for those that need a clear southern view for sat TV. Not fancy, but clean and the owners are nice and polite.

An excellent park with very large pull through sites, cement pads and paved roads. There are trees but few shaded sites are actually available. Many facilities including a marina, restaurant, stables, lake recreation and walking trails. Close to downtown Denver.

Great park, large sites with modern hook-ups and level pads. Roads are paved and the entire park is well maintained. Very close to Denver. The only negatives would be the limited laundry facilities and the daily fee for every vehicle to enter the park in addition to the camping fee. I bought the annual pass for multiple vehicles for $89 as we are staying for 2 weeks.

Site was acceptable although we had no sewer at ours. The park was clean but felt cramped as the sites were not that large and the roads are narrow. Laundry room was good and the employees were friendly.

Although very small the park is beautiful and perfectly manicured. The hook-ups are excellent and every site is shaded. Excellent river recreation is close by. The owners live on site and are very friendly. A real "small town" atmosphere.
